DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
We ship globally. All shipping details are available at check out.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
You will receive an order confirmation upon successfully purchasing from our store. Once we receive your order, we work promptly to ensure fast handling. Generally, our processing time is 3-5 days, depending on our order volume at the time of purchase.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipment notification along with a tracking number to track your order.
Standard shipping to most countries is between 2-6 weeks.
We do our best to get all orders out to our customers as soon as possible – we always aim for the shortest time possible. But sometimes, there are elements beyond our control. We will stay connected through our order confirmation & shipment notifications to let you know where your order is!
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY IMPORT DUTIES/TAXES?
Please note that there may be import duty or local taxes charged by your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary by country. For any queries you may have, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.
HOW CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?

If your order has been already fulfilled and shipped, please follow the steps required to return an order. When it arrives, do not open the package or use your item – this will render it ineligible for returns!
